Cruncher Pat has been trapped in a bizarre torture machine by an incognito nemesis, and must rely on sheer agility to escape! This is the first entry to establish that Cruncher Pat games take place in the same universe. Try to find the connection to one of my earlier games!
Ludum Dare is the classic 48h game jam competition. The theme for #27 was “10 seconds”, and how that led to this is not entirely clear to me. The game seems to have been well received, which gave me the motivation to make an enhanced version for Kongregate. Why i feel only my smaller, weirder games have enough quality for a game portal is also unclear.
The LD competition requires participants to create every single thing in the game. The graphics were made in Illustrator + Photoshop, animations in Spriter via SpriterMC, BGM in SunVox and SFX in as3sfxr.
